I took a wrench and loosened the nut on the anti-sway turnbuckle to allow length of the turnbuckle to be longer which also allows the lighting arms to spread wider.

 
Remove the forward hinged plate, save the clip and pin for re-attchment. This turns over the plate to make removal and replacement of the forward stabilizer bar cotter keys easy.
